How To Find Presents in fortnite -  During the Fortnite Birthday Challenges event, there will be gifts scattered all over the island mixed with normal ground loot.

All players need to do is collect these gifts and drop them to create giant gifts on the island and complete the first birthday challenge.

As an added bonus, these giant gifts contain items for the players if opened, one of which will always be a Legendary item.
 

After completing this challenge, players will be rewarded with a cosmetic item based on the number of birthday challenges they have already completed.
