Mushroom crown Elden Ring - The Mushroom Crown is one of the most interesting pieces of armor you can find in the Midlands. Similar to the normal mushroom headdress, the mushroom crown features mushrooms growing on your character's head. What makes them different is that the Mushroom Crown increases your attack power if something nearby suffers from Scarlet Rot or Poison. This is where you can find the mushroom crown in the Elden Ring.
To find this piece of armor, you first need to get to Lake Rot. To get to this area, you will need to go to Nokstella. You will automatically go to this area during Ranni's questline or you can carry the coffin down the waterfall to the depths of Deeproot.

The elevator to Lake Rot is close to Nokstella, the elegant place of the Eternal City. Once you get to Lake Rot, be sure to pack up some conservation bowls to help you survive scarlet rot.
From the Grace Lake of Rot Shoreside site, you will need to travel to the southeast corner of the lake. Be sure to stop at the dilapidated obelisks along the way and climb the pressure plates to raise the walking platforms.
In a corner of the lake, behind a stone structure, you will find a fallen column. Climb up the column and jump to the next column to climb to the top of the stone structure. In the center of the stone structure, you will see a column with an object on it. The object in the column is the mushroom crown.
