• Go to the PSN website and log into your account;
• Click on your avatar and then on “Subscription Management”;

Unlike other platforms, Fortnite players on Xbox consoles can request a full refund of the amounts paid, but there are consequences.

• Go to the Microsoft account website and log in;
• Under “Subscriptions”, click on “All subscriptions”;
• In the Fortnite Club subscription option, click on “Manage”;
• To stop recurring billing, click on “Turn off recurring billing”;
• To cancel the subscription and request a refund from Microsoft, click “Cancel” and then “Cancel now and request a refund”.
  

If you choose to cancel and refund, your order will be reviewed by Microsoft. If so, you will be refunded the amounts charged, but all items and V-Bucks awarded by Club Fortnite will be removed from your account.
