How to find Junk Rift in Fortnite

Junk Rifts can be found in chests and as floor loot throughout the Fortnite island. Your best bet for finding one is to go to a POI with a lot of loot spawns, like The Daily Bugle or Rave Cave. Searching as far and fast as possible will help you find a junk glitch and get back into action quickly.

Junk Rifts were first introduced in the 10.10 content update before being removed in 11.0 because they were considered too overpowered. The rift spawns a large object above the point where it is thrown, dropping something onto any structure or person below. It does 200 direct hit damage and 100 shockwave damage, according to the Fortnite fan page.
